ZSMF) has appointed Andrés Bedregal as Chief Financial Officer, the company said on Monday, formalizing his position after serving in the role on an interim basis since October 2024. Bedregal, who is also the CFO of Sinchi Wayra, Santacruz's wholly owned Bolivian subsidiary, has been instrumental in enhancing the miner's financial health and guiding strategic decisions, including renegotiating terms for the company's Bolivian asset acquisition through the Accelerated Option Plan.
