(CSE: M) (OTCQB: MYRUF) (FSE: C3Q) ("Myriad" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will be conducting a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,000,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.25 per Unit (the "Financing") to raise gross proceeds of up to $1.5 million.
