NYSE Arca, a subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange, has submitted a 19b-4 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list a new Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) backed by Truth Social, the media company founded by U.S. President Donald Trump. The proposed fund, named the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF, would track the spot price of Bitcoin, mirroring the structure of existing spot Bitcoin ETFs currently trading in the market.
