Texas legislators have moved closer to formalizing a Bitcoin reserve for the state. On May 27, a joint Conference Committee composed of House and Senate lawmakers reached an agreement on the final version of Senate Bill 21 (SB 21), dubbed the Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act.
