Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Vigil Neuroscience, Inc. (NasdaqGS: VIGL) to Sanofi (NasdaqGS: SNY).
