INDIANAPOLIS , May 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) today announced that data from studies of imlunestrant, an investigational oral selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD), olomorasib, an investigational KRAS G12C inhibitor, LY4170156, an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting folate receptor alpha (FRα) and Verzenio\u00ae (abemaciclib; a CDK4/6 inhibitor) will be presented at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, taking place May 30 - June 3 in Chicago. Presentation Highlights Imlunestrant (investigational oral SERD) In an oral presentation, Lilly will share patient-reported outcomes (PROs) from the Phase 3 EMBER-3 trial in patients with estrogen receptor positive (ER+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) advanced breast cancer (ABC), and a poster presentation will feature expanded EMBER-3 safety analyses.
