    Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - May 12, 2025) - Hemostemix Inc. (TSXV: HEM) (OTCQB: HMTXF) (FSE: 2VF0) ("Hemostemix" or the "Company"), per the Company's February 4, 2025 news release, closed the previously announced USD $336,500 non-brokered private placement, issuing 1,634,466 Common Shares at CAD $0.295 each to CytoImmune Therapeutics LLC, following the approval of the TSXV Exchange, in keeping with their guidance as announced on January 9, 2025. Per Policy 4.1.
