Clinical trials group hVIVO PLC (AIM:HVO) will see two senior board members step down at its annual general meeting next month, including its long-serving chair Cathal Friel and non-executive director Martin Gouldstone. Friel, who co-founded the business in 2017 and has chaired it for eight years, will leave the board after the 5 June meeting.
