(Nasdaq: CEPT) (the “Company”) announced today that it closed its initial public offering of 24,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $10.00 per share, which was upsized. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “CEPT” on May 2, 2025. Of the proceeds received from the consummation of the initial public offering and a simultaneous private placement of shares, $240,000,000 was placed into the Company's trust acco.
