Shareholders in International Distribution Services PLC (LSE:IDS) have backed the takeover of the Royal Mail owner by Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky's EP Group. Just over 80% of IDS shareholders voted in favour, with the deal needing at least 75% approval to succeed.
