  Wall Street is expected to start with week with a mood of cautious optimism and summer-like weather, with no dark clouds launched by the White House over the weekend.    On the futures market, Dow Jones, S&P 500 and Nasdaq all trimmed earlier deficits as the opening bell approached, with a flat start indicated.
