(CSE: ACME) (OTCQB: ACLHF) (the "Company", or "ACME") announces a proposed consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares ("Common Shares") on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Share for every three (3) pre-consolidation Common Shares, and a concurrent change of name to "Surface Metals Inc.".
