("Silvercorp") have finalized and signed the definitive agreement (the "Definitive Agreement") pursuant to which the Company is to acquire certain exploration assets in Ecuador from the Silvercorp subsidiaries (the "Transaction"). The Company and Silvercorp are moving to close the Transaction.
