RALEIGH, N.C. , July 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of First Citizens BancShares, Inc. (Nasdaq: FCNCA) has declared the following dividends on the company's common and preferred stock, in each case to be paid on September 15, 2025, to holders of record as of August 29, 2025: A quarterly common stock dividend of $1.95 per share on the company's Class A and Class B common stock.
