(Nasdaq: PMN), a clinical-stage biotechnology company committed to discovery and development of therapeutic antibodies targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzhiemer's disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Parkinson's disease (PD), today announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with an existing institutional and accredited investor to issue and sell an aggregate of approximately $2.4 million of warrants (the “Warrants”).
