Nasdaq and Dow Jones called higher as dollar falls, EU talks and earnings in spotlight

    US stocks futures were pointing to small gains at the start of a week when over 400 New York-listed companies will report, including 42 from the S&P 500 and six from the Dow Jones index. Dow Jones and S&P futures were both up just over 0.2%, with those for the tech-tilted Nasdaq 100 rising 0.25%.
