    Saguenay, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - July 18, 2025) - First Phosphate Corp. (CSE: PHOS) (OTCQB: FRSPF) (FSE: KD0) ("First Phosphate" or the "Company")  announces that it has finalized an industrial land option agreement with Port of Saguenay (the "Port") located in Saguenay, Quebec, Canada (the "Agreement"). The Agreement marks progress on the memorandum of understanding ("MOU") signed between the Company and the Port on October 12, 2022.
