Toronto, Ontario April 21, 2025 – TheNewswire - King Global Ventures Inc. (CSE:KING) (OTC: KGLDF) (FSE: 5LM1) (the “Company” or “King Global”) announces that it is undertaking a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of up to $5,250,000. The Company will issue up to 11,666,666 units at a price of $0.45 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one additional common share for $0.65 for a period of two years from the date of closing. The common shares and warrants comprising the units will be subject to a four-month and one day hold period in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable securities legislation.
