MOFF) said on Wednesday it has submitted a revised Environmental Impact Statement, or Manifestacion de Impacto Ambiental (MIA), for its Cerro Caliche gold project in Mexico, to the federal environmental authorities. The revised MIA, initially submitted in February 2025, updates a previous application filed in May 2022 and includes improvements to the mine plan, as well as additional environmental and socio-economic studies aimed at optimizing the project's footprint and reinforcing its environmental and community commitments.
