(CSE: ERKA) (OTCQB: UREKF) (FSE: S580) ("Eureka Lithium" or "Eureka" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") offering of units (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.0825 per Unit, for gross proceeds of approximately $825,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share ("Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.11 for a period of 24 months.
